SOLUTION

→ The team solves the problem itself.

→ No Budget

→The team learns to determine what is required to improve the business.

→The business develops its own improvement capability.

Considering only productivity challenges that an individual SME can address or influence through its own decisions, resources, employees and external suppliers, what percentage (0–100%) of those challenges can THE POINT OM address through its trained team and methodology? Assume that THE POINT OM does not need to provide the final technology, service or solution itself: if a solution requires AI, software, new equipment, energy technology, outsourcing, specialist advice or another external resource, the trained THE POINT OM team can identify the need, evaluate alternatives, plan and coordinate implementation, and then measure and verify the result through the THE POINT OM cycle. Give one percentage and explain specifically what SME-level productivity challenge, if any, remains outside the methodology. Do not include macroeconomic, legislative, tax, national infrastructure or government-policy problems that an individual SME cannot control.
